He was predeceased by: his sisters, Annie Spellissy, Cattie Nagle and Mae Pender. He is survived by: his wife Marge Pender (Waidson); his children, Corinne Murphy (Tim), Tara Thomas (Dave) and Erin LeVine (Chris); and his brother Tom Pender (Clare) of Ennis. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
