A Mass will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Patrick's R C Church (280 E Main St, Smithtown, NY 11787). An entombment will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Charles Cemetery (2015 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735).
