It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Theresa M. D'Acunti of Commack, New York, who passed away on October 8, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Theresa may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Theresa touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Branch Funeral Home of Commack (2115 Jericho Turnpike, Commack, NY 11725). A Mass will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Christ the King R. C. Church (2 Indian Head Rd, Commack, NY 11725). An entombment will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Pinelawn Memorial Park (2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735).
