“James “Nose”, as he was known by many, was a classmate of mine (class of 1952). I remember him best for his athletic prowess in football, basketball and baseball. His success in athletics extended well beyond his high school years, qualifying him for the The Rockland County Sports Hall of Fame. We were friends from the 3rd Grade at Liberty Street in Nyack. He will be sorely missed. Rest In Peace good friend. I can see him now organizing a pickup game in Heaven.”
