She was predeceased by: her husband William; her sister Charlotte; and her brother-in-law Robert. She is survived by: her son-in-law Thel (Thomas); her grandchildren, Julia (Dana), William (Willie) and James (Jimmie); and her sibling's children, Kenneth (Lisa), Laura (Mark) and Michael (Michele).
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Branch Funeral Home (190 E Main St, Smithtown, NY 11787). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the St. James Lutheran Church (230 2nd Ave, St James, NY 11780). A burial was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Cypress Hills Cemetery (833 Jamaica Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11208).
