He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Holden. He is survived by: his father Lester Holden; his daughters, Laura (Vinny), Marianne (George), Karen (Tommy) and Catherine (Joe); and his grandchildren, Sarah, James, Amanda, Natalie, Michael, Claire and Daniel.
