He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Rubino and Anna Rubino (Massaro); and his brother James Rubino. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen (Alimonte); his daughters, Kathleen Hurski (Billy) and Jennifer Walling; his grandchildren, Billy, Rebecca Hurski, Bryce, Brooke, Brody and Bradyn Walling; and his sister JoAnn Sala. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
