He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Persichetti (F. Persichetti) and Fanny Persichetti (Long); his wife Juliann "Pudgie" Mottola; and his siblings, Benjamin, Fred, Mary, Rose and Benetto.
He is survived by: his children, Maryanne, Juliann and Frederick Persichetti; his son-in-law Richard Velardi; his grandchildren, Gina, Lou Iannaccone and Anna Velardi; and his great grandchild Gianna Maria Iannaccone. He is also survived by many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
