Clarke (Howard); his grandchildren, Kelly, Kathleen (Robert), Ashley, Rita (Joshua), Connor (Casey), Lindsey, Grace, Joan (Harry), Emma, Rose, Rebecca, Jacqueline and Charles; and his great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Delaney, Hayden, Wesley, Luke and Jack.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Branch Funeral Home (190 E Main St, Smithtown, NY 11787). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Church (59 Church St, Kings Park, NY 11754).
