A Mass will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 9:45 AM at the St. Patrick's R C Church (280 E Main St, Smithtown, NY 11787). An entombment will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:15 AM at the Pinelawn Memorial Park (2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735).
