She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Rittendale and Aqualina Rittendale; her husband Harold Pelzer; and her siblings, Carmela, Jack, Louis, Evelyn and Antoinette. She is also survived by her stepchildren, multiple generations of nieces and nephews, and a vast extended family.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Suffern, NY.
