He was predeceased by : his parents, Gregoria Sayoc and Avelino Sayoc; and his siblings, Andre, Omar, Elenita and Elisa.

He is survived by : his wife Donna Sayoc (Telesca); his daughters, Lisa Sayoc, MD (Steve Morman, MD) of Jeff Sayoc, ESQ and Suzanne Sayoc; his grandchildren, Andre Sayoc (Mikayla George), Breanna Sayoc, Kayden Robertson, Grant Sayoc, Jillian Sayoc, Weston Sayoc, Mylan Sayoc, Ava Morman and Alyssa Morman; his siblings, Celia Sayoc Calderon, MD (Dom Calderon, MD), Minda Mendoza-Linan (Diego), Aleli Sayoc Bautista (Josie) of Elmer Sayoc, MD and Xenia Sayoc Sibal (Jorge); and his in-laws, Bob Telesca (Jamie) and Al Winstel (Evelyn).

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Reed Funeral Home North Canton Chapel (801 Pittsburg Ave NW, North Canton, OH 44721). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Catholic Church (241 S Main St, North Canton, OH 44720).
