She was predeceased by: her parents, James Howard (Dorothy P. Engle) and Simba. She is survived by: her son Michael James Liossis; her siblings, Howard Bruce Engle and Judy Cavitt; her nephew James Bruce Cavitt; her friend Kristina Rohr; and her pets, Archie and Apollo. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Cat Depot in Sarasota, Florida, a cause that was close to Amy's heart.
