She was predeceased by: her father Dennis Spivey Sr.; and her brother Dennis Spivey Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Keith; her children, Quin Kling and Ryley Kling; her mother Ruth Spivey; her sisters, Melanie Moretz (TJ) and Amanda Gibson (Casey); her aunt Bonnie Craven; her cousin Tracey Smith; her siblings-in-law, Robert, Linda Kling and Christopher Kling (Susan); and her friend Sharon Hooper. She is also survived by one nephew, five nieces and three great nieces.
