She is survived by: her parents, Norma Wareham and Richard Wareham; her husband Dr. Michael McCabe; her children, Melanie Mulig (Ross Wagstaff), Mary McCabe and Michael Mulig; her grandchildren, Theodore and Isabella McCabe; and her siblings, Michele Carpenter and David Wareham (Colette).
Given her years of devoted leadership and service to Aultman Hospital, in lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Aultman's Timken Family Cancer Center.
