She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Khourey and Lena Khourey; her husband Denny Smith; and her brothers, Louis Khourey and Joseph Khourey.

She is survived by: her son Matthew; her daughter-in-law Catherine Smith of Westlake, Ohio; her daughter Kathleen Smith of Canton; and her grandchildren, Michael, Jacob and Hannah.

Donations may be made in her name to the Stark County Humane Society.
