She was predeceased by: her parents, David Gray and Ruth Gray; her stepfather Donald Peck; her stepdaughter Kathy Tomlinson; and her husband J. Bernie Gill.
She is survived by: her stepson Col. Mark Gill of Colorado; and her stepbrothers, Don, Douglas and Alden Peck. She is also survived by three granddaughters; ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Lamiell Funeral Home (1353 Cleveland Ave NW, Canton, OH 44703). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
Barbara was a lover of animals and requested that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Stark County Humane Society, 5100 Peach Street, Louisville, Ohio 44641.
