She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Lare, Dawn Kurzinsky (Mark) and Lea DeBolt; her grandchildren, Andrew, Joshua, Kaine, Jessica, Hannah, Dillan, Hailey, Marissa and Lilly; and her uncle Ronald Funk. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
