He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth W. Phillips and Thelma Phillips (Merritt) of Virginia. He is survived by: his cousins, Fred, Diane Merritt of North Canton, OH and Marilyn Merritt of Cuyahoga Falls, OH. He is also survived by numerous other cousins and friends.
