She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. and Florence P. Farriss (Otto); her husband Charles E. Gross; and her siblings, Otto Farriss (Thelma), Robert Farriss, William D. Farriss (Carol), Helen Halsey (George) and Imogene Bettler (Herman).
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Gross (Carla) of Beloit and Pamela Dieffenbaugher (Jackson Twp) of Massillon; and her grandchildren, Christy Harp (Nick), Dr. Lindsay Hendricks (Cadian), Thomas Gross (Ashley) and Patrick Gross (Lauren). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 2:15 PM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273). Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Greensburg United Methodist Church (2161 Greensburg Rd, Canton, OH 44720). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Greensburg United Methodist Church.
