She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Houck and Dorothy Houck; her husband Victor Combs; and her sons, Dennis Combs and Robert Combs.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Huffman, Sue Shepherd and Tina Combs. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren.
