She was predeceased by: her father James Shenkle; and her stepmother Ruth Brown. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Burlingame; her children, Alexis John (Troy), Vicki Sick (Richard), Benjamin Weaver, James Weaver and Mark Burlingame; and her sister Jamie Kistler (George). She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
