She is survived by: her son John Hawkins Jr. (Eric Orlander) of Canton, Ohio; her siblings, Louise Collins of Tucson, Arizona and Matthew Brown of Covington, Kentucky; her sister-in-law Louella Hawkins of Canton, Ohio; her close friend James Jackson; and her nieces, Vina, Lawanda, Judy and Dena. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
