He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ken, Eileen Marosell, Ercle and Dolores Knotts; and his aunts, Sandra, Pamela and Paula Knotts.

He is survived by: his parents, Keith Sherer and Leslie Knotts; his sister Jessica Billings (Dale); and his aunts and uncles, Lori Marosell Douglas, Kenneth Marosell, Bob Glaspell (Suk Cha) and Norma Reed (Bob). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Stark County Humane Society.
