He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Luttrell (Jovingo) and Steve Phillips. He is survived by: his fiancée Theresa Kedowski; his brothers, Steve Phillips Jr., Anthony Phillips, Chris Dages and Cody Phillips; his stepchildren, Patrick Smith and Cassandra Burns; and his grandson Alan Miller.
