He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis and Lucille Lewis (Ellis); and his friends, Glenn Mishler and Todd Cecil. He is survived by: his wife Tenley Orendorff; his daughter Channing Lewis; his sister Debbie Lewis; and his close friend Chris Scott.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society, a charity that held special meaning for him.
