It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Calub Thomas Matyas (Canton, Ohio), who passed away on September 28, 2025, at the age of 25, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Tom and Kate Keller; his cousin Dugan Keller; his uncle Ben Matyas; his aunt Carole Barkus; and his great-aunt Leoda Kennedy.
He is survived by: his parents, Brad Matyas and Kelly Matyas; his siblings, Blaine Matyas and Nicole Matyas; his nephew JJ; his grandparents, Mike and Grenda Matyas; his uncle Tom; his aunt Marissa Keller; his cousins, Darcy Keller (Nate) and Dayna; his aunt Lorrie Corr; and his cousins, Hayden Corr (Brittany), Devyn Corr, Reagan Corr, Julie Keller and Brianna Keller (Chad).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 2:30 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Reed Funeral Home North Canton (801 Pittsburg Ave NW, North Canton, OH 44720).
