He was predeceased by: his wife Cynthia Booth (Canterucci); and his sister Mary Freitag. He is survived by: his daughter Nicole (Dan Atkinson); his grandson Hunter Atkinson; and his sisters, Beulah Booth and Ruth Smith (Robert). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
