He was predeceased by: his parents, John Slagle and Kathryn Slagle (Parrish); his daughter Tabitha Evans; and his sister Dawn Slagle. He is survived by: his wife Debra Slagle; his daughters, Tiffany Evans and Brytnea Slagle; his siblings, Kathy Warrick, Vicky McQuaid, Jeff Slagle and Randy Slagle; and his grandchildren, Tyler "Chewy" Evans, Gavin "Big head" Burchfield, Devin "Mater" Slagle, John "George" Evans, Adrian "Woodstock" Burchfield, Jase Lombardi and Kaiden Lombardi. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
