She was predeceased by: her husband David W. Bartley. She is survived by: her sons, David W Bartley II (Alise) and John C Bartley (Karen); her siblings, Jim Ambler (Barb), Judy Dorosky (Fred), Arlene Phillips and Bob Ambler (Julie); and her grandchildren, Liz Jager (Mick), Jacob Bartley (Shanna), Katlynn Walters, Johnny Bartley, Josh Bartley, Mikayla Weston (Hunter), Zach Bartley and Luke Bartley.
In lieu of flowers, Carolyn requested memorial contributions be made to the non- profit American Policy Roundtable, home of The Public Square® radio outreach.
