She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Clark and Bernice Clark (Batten); her husbands, Marvin Carpenter, Eugene Allison and Melvin Slabaugh; and her great grandchild Scarlett Buchheit.
She is survived by: her sister Delores Guiler of Lexington, Kentucky; her sons, Jeffrey Carpenter (Debra), Timothy Carpenter (Janice McDermott), David Carpenter (Toni) and Daniel Carpenter (Lisa); her grandchildren, Justin Carpenter (Sierra Dunn), Nicole Warwick (Josh), Brittany Buchheit (Joe), Jacob Carpenter and Adam Kutz (Kara); her great grandchildren, Layla, Jessie, Viviana, Dezy Carpenter, Brennan, Avery Warwick, Penelope and Josie Buchheit; and her stepchildren, Doris Yoder (Alan), Joyce Brockway (David), Karen Humphries (Tony), Edward Allison (Diana), David Allison (Gina) and Jane Eakin (Mark). She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
