She was predeceased by: her father Harold Weikert; her husband Larry Coffy; and her brother Tim Weikert. She is survived by: her children, Tyler Putney (Danielle) and Angela Depasquale; her grandchildren, Zachary Putney (Alyssa), Matthew Putney, Jessica Depasquale, Jonathan Depasquale, Caleb Putney and Rachael Putney; her great grandchildren, Abigail, Lily, Henry and Gracie; and her siblings, Barb, Susan, Mike, Tom and Jeff. She is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Aultman Hospice.
