He was predeceased by: his parents, Chalmer Smith and Irene Smith. He is survived by: his significant other Cynthia (Arntz); his children, Connie Shane (Bill), Christopher Smith (Lisa), Cheryl Brand (Tom), Chad Smith (José González) and Clint Smith; his sisters, Jeanie Wilson (Samuel) and Lynne Catcott (Robert); and his grandchildren, Kyle Shane, Andrew Shane, Kayla Shane, Kennedy Brand, Taylor Brand, Cole Smith, Wyatt Smith, Ethan Smith and Ellie Smith.
