He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edgar Timms and Gretta Luella Timms (Lyons); his sister-in-law Barbara Timms; his sister Inez; and his brother-in-law Wayne Kern.
He is survived by: his wife Lori Timms (Bivenour); his children, Charles Wayne Timms, Chad Michael Timms, Stephen Robert Timms and Lee Marie Rockwell; his siblings, William Allen Timms, Erma McComb (Harry) and Janet Ranck (Dale); and his grandchildren, Alexa, Jax, Charlee Rockwell, Ella, Caden and Gavin Timms.
