She was predeceased by: her parents, George Boltz and Marsha Boltz (Yant); her husband John H. Gibbs; and her siblings, Daniel, Jenevieve Bachtel, Evelyn Bloomhal and Helen Bailey.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Gibbs (Aleta), David Gibbs (Peggy), Catherine Jones (Donald) and Patricia Thompson (Matt). She is also survived by five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
