She was predeceased by: her aunt Joyce. She is survived by: her daughters, Brittany Lee, Adriana Lee, Marissa Lee and Destiny Mayle; her parents, Gary Samples and Millie Samples; her sister Sherry Morris (Tyson); and her nephews, Michael Ritter (Jaimee) and Nathaniel Miller.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Reed Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
