He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Keithan (DeGarmo); his children, Noah Keithan and Alaina Keithan; his parents, Thomas Keithan and Irene Keithan (Allard) of North Canton; his siblings, Jamie Keithan, Cristen McClendon and Stephanie Keithan; his parents-in-law, Paul DeGarmo and Elaine DeGarmo; his brother Paul; his sister-in-law Lauren DeGarmo; and his close friends, Joe and Amanda Willmott.
