He was predeceased by: his parents, William Maurer and Constance Maurer. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Maurer (Barnett); his daughters, Jennifer Austin (Jason) and Lisa Hull (Seth); his grandsons, Jack Austin, Joey Austin and Christian Hull; and his siblings, Stephen Maurer (LeJean) and Cathy Maurer.
