He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Sheets and Pearl Sheets; his former wife Margie Sheets; his stepson Jason Michael Harris; and his brothers, Steven and Andrew Sheets.
He is survived by: his wife Lori Sue Sheets; his son Robert Sheets (Rachael); his siblings, Jane Bruder and Bruce Sheets; his grandsons, Micah Yoder and Ethan Abrigg; his nephew Chris Bainbridge; and his stepchildren, Helen Akers, Dale Akers and Terry Akers. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
