He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Eoff; and his wife Anna Eoff. He is survived by: his sons, Craig Eoff (Cristina) and Eric Eoff (Amy); and his grandchildren, Katie and Cameron.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Connie's name to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources - The Wildlife Fund.
