He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius G. Horansky and Velma E. Horansky (Martin); his wife Catherine Horansky; his son David Horansky II; and his brother Bernard Horansky.
He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Greer (John) of Oakland; his grandson Steven Greer of Oakland; and his sister Ruth Brunner of Canton, Ohio.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in David's honor to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
