He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Davis and Marjorie Davis; his wife Diane Davis; and his brother Dennis Davis. He is survived by: his son Daniel Davis (Misty); his granddaughters, Katlin, Diane, Madilyn, Alexis, Savannah and Jocelyn; his stepgrandchildren, Abigail, Tyler and Kyle; and his sister-in-law Rhonda.

In lieu of flowers donation's may be made in Boz's honor to the American Lung Association.
