He is survived by: his son Dr. Mark Kinkema (Janelle); his grandson Tyler; his son Bradley (Christina); his grandchildren, Connor, Logan and Zoe; his daughter Amy (James); and his grandchildren, James, Carlin, McKenzie, Mia, Emily and Molly. He is also survived by his 3 children, their spouses, and 10 grandchildren.
