She is survived by: her husband Clay Cooper Sr.; and her children, Melissa Blackburn (Dan), Clay Cooper Jr. (Nikki), April Betz (Daniel), Domnita Neff (Jeff) and Delicia Haywood (Adam). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters, brothers, nieces, and nephews.
