DeSales Dean Shumaker Obituary

With profound sadness, we say goodbye to DeSales Dean Shumaker (Canton, Ohio), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. DeSales left this world on December 29, 2025 at the age of 79, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though DeSales may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willard Shumaker and Erma Shumaker (Heitchew).
