She was predeceased by: her husband Andy. She is survived by: her children, Andrew Straley (Marianne), Joe Walczak (Cindy), Eric Walczak, Michelle Walczak and Rick Walczak; and her caregiver Holly Harrison. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, extended family.
