He was predeceased by: his parents, George K. Kame and Bette G. Kame (Baker); and his brother Earl "Bill" Kame. He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Kame and Pamela Kame; his granddaughter Katherine Frazier; his siblings, Ken Kame, Carol Johnson (Jerry) and Sue Kame; and his sister-in-law Delores Kame. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
