He was predeceased by: his parents, John Warner and Viola Warner (Miller); his wife Diana L. Warner (Hollabaugh); and his brothers, Gerald, Wilbur and Melvin Warner.

He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Eckles (Eric) of Minerva and Lynda Cross (Craig) of Louisville; his grandchildren, Krystal, Kara, John and Grace; and his great grandchildren, Jakob, Destiny of Kaisley, AJ and Able.
