She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurman Lehman and Opal Lehman; her siblings, JoAnne Blanc (Todd) and Donald Lehman; and her sister-in-law Alice Deeser.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Prusacik; her daughters, Deborah Ross and Denise Prusacik (Mark Swinehart); her sister Patricia Foster (Kenneth); her sister-in-law Carol Lehman; and her nephews, Bill Deeser (Brenda) and Dennis Lehman (Mary).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Donna's memory to the Stark County Humane Society or any other worthy animal welfare group.
