Doris leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Doris’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Doris will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Richards; and her siblings, Evelyn Dysle, Barbara Bussard and Donald Dysle. She is survived by: her children, Jean Green (Patrick), Cecilia Murphey, Catherine Richards, Tom Richards (Suzanne), Bruce Richards (Mary), Fred Richards (Cathy) and Ray Richards (Linda). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lamiell Funeral Home (1353 Cleveland Ave NW, Canton, OH 44703). A Mass will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Paul Catholic Church (241 S Main St, North Canton, OH 44720).
